The new two story structure features private and open offices, conference rooms and public meeting spaces. Sustainable practices include: 100% stormwater reclaimed on-site, waterless urinals, geothermal heating and cooling, BAS energy management and drought tolerant plantings. The building employs a ground source heat pump (GSHP) with 16 five hundred foot deep wells under the parking lot which collect available heat in the winter and discharge heat back into the ground in the summer.

Construction costs came in $400,000 under the town estimate and was completed in only 10 months.
