Initially over budget, Seaver offered a Design/Build solution to the client to deliver the project within client’s target budget and schedule. This was the second Little Flippers project Seaver performed for its client.¬† The project entailed conversion of a 10,000 SQ. FT. industrial building into a children’s learn-to-swim school.   Major work included complete demolition and rebuild of the interior including¬† mechanical and electrical upgrades, ADA upgrades, construction of a swimming pool including state-of-the-art pool management and conditioning systems, reception area, administrative offices, changing facilities and a multi-purpose room for large groups. A large all-glass viewing wall bisects the space lengthwise, providing a clear view of the pool and a large seating area. The color pallet and finish material selections are inspired by the aquatic theme of the facility.
