68,000 sf renovation and additions to the existing elementary school. Work included classrooms, labs, gymnasium, library, theatre, cafeteria, media room and administrative offices.
The exterior envelope work included structural steel and brick veneer with membrane roof and an aluminum window system. Interior walls were both GWB and masonry. Finishes included VCT, carpet, tile, wood flooring and custom millwork.
