The five story structure is founded on deep precast piles with a structural steel frame and composite decks.  The exterior façade is comprised of stone, glass and metal panels affording the occupants excellent window lines with ample natural light, beautiful water views and spectacular Boston skyline views.  The project employs the latest technologies in electrical and mechanical design and construction.  Seaver was responsible for the HVAC system as a Design/Build package.  The project includes a total of 178 covered and open parking spaces with one loading dock.
